I had a pleasant stay at Sheraton, benefiting from the helpful and friendly staff. The location was ideal for accessing both the city and nearby mountains. The gym, although small, had the necessary equipment for a good workout, and the cleanliness of my room was commendable. The breakfast options were enjoyable, particularly the breakfast burrito, which was a highlight of my mornings.

The staff was friendly and helped with everything we needed. We loved hanging out in the lounge, especially with the awesome views during the Balloon Fiesta.

The hotel had a great atmosphere and an ideal location for our activities, and it was wonderful to enjoy the pool with our grandchildren, despite the water being a bit cold. While the room felt outdated, particularly the bathroom, and the remote for the TV was frustrating to navigate, the staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and helpfulness. The property felt secure with card access to the floors, making us feel safe during our stay.
